Base package for newlib (C library for embedded cross-development). cross-epiphany-newlib-devel has a circular dependency with gcc, the _link will need to be created in devel:gcc instead, once the gcc49 parts are in place. This package could also replace broken cross-spu-newlib and cross-spu-newlib-headers in devel:tools:compiler; Base:System seems more appropriate as this is where glibc and uClibc are maintained.

I guess I didn't understand that "C library" doesn't mean "library implemented in C"
