You seem to have done more than mentioned in the changelog, e.g. now it's making the doc package as noarch, etc. Please elaborate in the changelog.

Also, %clean section is superfluous. No need to add it back.

And, do we need to call autogen.sh unconditionally? Unless patching the auto-tools stuff, usually we don't have to do it. This will save lots of build time and reduce dependency on automake.

Last but not least, don't we need %doc prefix for the new docdir/* stuff?
