- Drop Requires: pkgconfig because this is already autodetected
by rpm. Use mode inheritance for defattr. Edit rpm group and
description a tiny bit.
Switch pkgconfig back to pkg-config... because that's the
package's name! (And I don't see any provisions for building
on Fedora/RHEL, so there is less reason to use the "pkgconfig"
alias we have for it.)

Group change is wrong, this is a library. Also you say drop pkgconfig dependency but just replace pkgconfig with pkg-config.

The reason I went for the Group change is because the hunspell-1.4.0.rpm subpackage does contain the program "/usr/bin/hunspell" program, which to me does not look a lot like a library ;-)
Also consider that the SRPM will carry this tag, and if there is some group more specific than "it's a library", that seems preferable, does it not?
I did drop pkg-config -- from the devel subpackage.

Group change really doesn't make sense, Office group is usually for programs with UIs for office centric jobs. Went ahead and checked Fedora too and they use the same group as us. Please revert that and resubmit. Rest of the changes are welcome.
