We are using the binary pdf for the manual and hence long.bst isn't used in the build. Should be just remove it in %prep?

Or I could make a patch to download it on fly via cmake if it is the only file in question.
If you could remove it in %prep it would make it obvious for anyone downstream that we are not using those sources. I'll therefore decline this and wait for the new submission.
