It looks like this package might not comprise a kdepim base library - those are in kdepimlibs. I imagine there is some copypasting going on.
(Please improve the summary/description; yast currently shows some 15+ packages as "base package of kdepim", which is not a good thing.) Or reopen if my assessment was incorrect.

Your assessment is in fact, incorrect. kdepimlibs no longer exists, it has been split into multiple pieces, one of which is this one. R
