Any special reason to not follow upstreams naming here? they call their package shine - so should we
shine-devel (providing pkgonfig(shine) and /usr/include/shine) - and libshine3 sounds absolutely fine. Together with a src package called shine
If it gets renamed, please Obsolete libshine-devel in case it is installed somewhere. mpc and vlc already use pkgconfig(shine), no need to adjust pkgs. Thanks.
