imho we should add python-pbr 1.10.0 (stable/ocata) for Leap 42.3 instead. I don't think going with a deprecated and outdated pbr version (it is a broken snapshot of pike) is a good idea.

If this is accepted I suppose we could reopen the diskimage-builder request if desired. Still having build failures in 29 and not sure what the plan is.

sr#497872 tried to update to 2.0.0 which was declined in Favor of 1.10. I wonder if we need the update at all
1.10. is the recommended version for Ocata, and you need an update for the Sphinx update.
