I'm fine with the %description change, but doesn't the Summary would become to generic? I think the current one is already quite neutral.

Look like the Lua Summary is somewhat similar: https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/devel:languages:lua/lua/lua.spec?expand=1

cross-platform: redundant, because the package is already openSUSE-specific lightweight: I don't think so!

Which leaves... "A virtual machine and dynamic language". If that is too generic, you are free to expand on it (up to about 80 chars), because the description(s) do not really tell the user why he should care about yet-another-scripting-language at all. After all, there is sh, Python, Lua, you name it…

I thought the summary is a summary of the software but not just the package.

I guess Neko is still smaller than Python.

Anyway, I have no intention to convince anyone that Neko is great or what. I like your %description update, which is more concrete. So, I'm going to accept this request and revert the Summary change manually. Thanks.
