no. In factory the old commit was reverted on March 7th after the branding package was fixed, but that revert never propagated into Leap:15, probably because of the backwards going changelog. I now updated my first system to Leap:15 and found the generic upstream branding, that's why I'm sending this to :update. It's so trivial, that an bugzilla looks excessive.

But we can also postpone this for $WHATEVER_NAME_IT_WILL_BE:16 ;-)

https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/584079 this was the original revert, which also reverted the changelog entry, maybe preventing it being picked up by the leap15 mechanisms.
