Rtv ships really robust testsuite, could you please make sure it is executed in %check phase?
Also the changelog is missing the dashes on top.
I executed the testsuite in %check, updated the build dependencies and added the missing dashes to the changelog.
However, the package is unresolvable on SLE_12_SP3 and Leap 42.3 because of those updated dependencies. I'll try to package it with python2 and see if I can get it to build for all targets.

Thanks, it is fine like this that it gets unresolvable on leap42/sle12 those are of less importance than lets say tubmleweed or leap15.
