I assume that the renaming is best done by a maintainer to retain as much info about the history as possible with obs.

There might be more to this story as I see a d-l-py maintainer has created one in https://build.opensuse.org/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search_text=python-pyusb&commit=Submit+Query&issue_tracker=bnc&issue=&project=1&package=1&name=1

p.s. ChangeLog is removed because it doesnt exist in the repo; it was generated from git log for each sdist using script gencl.sh
