Thanks for your sr. A couple of minor suggestions I have:

Remove the Requires: libwnck line, as lib requires are automatically added by rpm. This will get rid of the explicit-lib-dependency warning given out by rpmlint as well.
BuildRequires: pkgconfig(libwnck-3.0) instead of BuildRequires: libwnck-devel.
