Adding the package to Leap is OK from my side.
But it is good to know that filesystem-media requires change in the default /etc/security/namespace.conf, which can have a security implications.
Explanation: Relaxed permission of /run/media is defined by udev & udisks2. But pam_namespace defaults to restricted permission. Allowing of relaxed permissions can be currently done only in the global configuration. It cannot be done per-directory.
For a better solution, we would need to add a new feature to pam_namespace.
