space and power we have to get all binaries build and installed

- Extend patch source-overflow.dif to catch an overflow found
by fortify on ppc64
- TeXLive 2020 requires harfbuzz >= 2.6

- Update to TeXLive 2020

We reviewed it and the permission is okay. There's an updated permission package in openSUSE:Factory:Staging:N that has the necessary changes. But this needs to be rejected because of addFilter(".E:.*permissions-file-setuid-bit.") in rpmlintc will prevent future errors from showing
