Change identification in os-release to Jump 15.2.1

* Issue originally raised by Fabian while talking about images
* Adrian recommended to use Jump reference rather than Leap
* I'd keep rest of versions on 15.2 (including product provides)
until we confirm next steps with Installer team (migrations).

1) what is the problem from Fabian regard to images? we would not use Jump as the final name, at some point we will rename it back to Leap isn't? 2) do we really to use 15.2.1 as VERSION here? 3) I'm not so sure change ID(VERSION also) to jump is a good idea, I'm not sure how many other stuff will uses VERSION or ID in their packaging or migration, depends what do they need from os-release...

  1. The opensuse/leap image uses VERSION_ID for the tag, so 15.2 would conflict.

Looks like this sr doesn't actually change that, so it wouldn't actually help...
