I've run the health check locally. I am seeing an error with DefaultFileStorageHealthCheck unavailable: Unknown exception , but that is likely because I am not running localstack for the s3 server. checking that now

confirmed DefaultFileStorageHealthCheck is working, and the new MigrationsHealthCheck
