Upstream is quite active with commits just a week ago. Patches require a CLA for upstream merger, I can take care of that with a individual CLA when the time comes.
Added COPYING (the license file) and applied earlier suggestions. Not sure what is meant by "add a copyright", if it's not the license file itself?
Also removed %clean (I've read its use is not required/desired in OBS)
