shouldn't these "skipped SSH unit tests" be "unskipped" in the pytest call by now? Or what is the patch for? :)
@mcalabkova these SSH tests were always running (not skipped) for all targets, they pass and are still valid when building for targets where paramiko > 2.7.0 . We don't want to skip them on such cases.
Only want to skip them when building targets where paramiko has a lower version because tests are going to fail.
