Something went wrong with kservice.changes, it seems:
+ * KSycoca: ensure extrafiles are ordered for comparison
+ * KSycoca: avoid database rebuild if XDG_CONFIG_DIRS contains duplicates

These two were added to the 5.76.0 entry...

But they should be part of the 5.77.0 entry, not 5.76.0, that was my point. (the second one is even duplicated, it is listed in both entries now)

Btw, I disabled the build for Leap 15.1 before accepting (for now at least), as most of the packages won't build anymore because kguiaddons doesn't find Wayland. (a build dependency seems to be missing, it would also be possible to build it without)
