scipy without running tests? It feels like really a bad idea. What happened to %check section?

no idea. I normally don't touch this, but just update the tar-ball (and run specleaner, etc.) and see if I can get the same build status that is currently in dlp.
Could you please take a look whether you could make it work, please?
I'll give it a try, but if some tests need to be disabled or patched, that's normally where I get lost ;)
