nothing provides libinsane_gobject1-devel >= 1.0.9 needed by libinsane-vala-1.0.9.noarch

I'd actually not split this out and just put it in the relevant devel package; the split gives not benefit, only making it more annoying for anybody wanting to build code written in vala
