I'm not sure because this app is optimized for mobile screens and not very useful for typical desktop users where much more powerful alternatives exist. The same question goes for all the other apps - should all kirigami based apps not better be developed in one of the KDE projects or all GTK/libhandy in one of the GNOME projects, ... ?
Maybe this belongs in the network project, instead?
