karchive: should the package license maybe be changed to LGPL-2.0-or-later?

ki18n: fallbackLang.diff was modified, but that's not mentioned in the package changelog.

This added an optional build dependency on ZXing, so it is not built currently. From the build log:

ok, it's worse than expected. on leap BuildRequires: cmake(ZXing) >= 1.2.0 works even if this version isn't there.
