Of that is true, then the lang should be folded into the main package

So far not convinced - and if real, then, as said, should the -lang package be folded into the main package instead of requiring it (e.g I have a lock on *-lang on my system, and I know I'm not alone. so what you do here can only cause problems for multiple users)
