- New upstream release 17.4.5:
* Fixed a crash when calling loadExtension on an extension directory that's missing a manifest file.
* SIGUSR1 is no longer handled when the node_cli_inspect fuse is disabled.
* Backported security fixes: CVE-2022-1637, CVE-2022-1638, CVE-2022-1639.
- Remove some spurious generated files from the tarball.

+1 You could have also used export PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 instead of deleting them afterwards. @dheidler Please add Fedora 36

There wasn't only pycache, there were also .pyc file elsewhere that i don't know where they came from. See the diff.

I know, for 17.3.1 I had removed them with the trick mentioned above. But I had only put it in my bashrc not in create_tarball.sh
