to run some scientific binary-only program on leap 15.0, i need libxview / libolgx, 32bit versions; please consider
1) to accept my patches to the xview package and
2) to manage build of the -32bit pkgs (i did this by enabling i586 in Project Repositories and adding "%ifarch i586 i686 \n BuildFlags: onlybuild:xview \n %endif" to Project Config; there may be other ways to get this done).

my changes to the package, as noted in xview.changes:
- patches to make it build on suse 15:
  * xview-cfree.patch (eliminate cfree())
  * olvwm-regex.patch (use regex.h instead of regexp.h)
  * wait-status.patch (type of status should be int)
- additional patch to make it build on tumbleweed:
  * xview-rpc.patch (have to use libtirpc)
- small fix-ups to spec file to silence rpmlint
- .so files moved to devel package
- added baselibs.conf and xview-build32bit.patch to build
  32-bit lib packages on 64-bit system

I want to maintain xview in Factory and would like to use X11:utilities as the devel project. I'm not sure if this is best fitting project, however I've noticed that xaw3d is hosted here, which is widget toolkit, just like the xview.
