Rasterio employs GDAL under the hood for file I/O and raster formatting. Its functions typically accept and return Numpy ndarrays. Rasterio is designed to make working with geospatial raster data more productive and more fun.

- Update to version 1.1.0 see changes for all changes
+ Support for Python 2 is deprecated and a warning is raised from the
rasterio.compat module.
+ This module will be deleted in a future version.
- Fix build by adding proj (proj.db) as buildrequires
