System-level performance monitoring and performance management
Performance Co-Pilot (PCP) provides a framework and services to support
system-level performance monitoring and performance management.
The PCP open source release provides a unifying abstraction for all of
the interesting performance data in a system, and allows client
applications to easily retrieve and process any subset of that data.

- Remove sysconfig dependencies, this is not the equivalent of the initscripts package and completly unneeded here. - Add missing hostname requires

usr/include/pcp/pmapi.his, for NO REASON, missing from thepcppcp-confpcp-develpcp-system-toolspackages . . .The file/s are not even in the
python3-pcppackage.Unable to compile
