ARPACK is a collection of Fortran77 subroutines designed to solve large scale eigenvalue problems.
Arpack-ng is the successor of the legacy Arpack. It is fully compatible with Arpack.

Sjøbæk for finding the bug and the fix.
* Compile also PARPACK / MPI example (Closes: #783)
* Fixed division by zero in smlnum by usind p[d,s]lamch instead
of the serial. Thanks to Umberto De Giovannini.
