Since the update to version 8, mingw32-cross-gcc can no longer be built, which prevents adding the openSUSE 15.3 repo. Is there anyone who can fix the gcc package or should this package be reverted to v7 ?

I'll investigate. Looks like it's "just" an overeager -Werror.

The comment system of OBS is.. rather trivial (lacks "topics", lacks unsubscribe, limited visual space makes threading awkard) and isn't quite the medium I'd like to discuss this in/with; if you could make a bugreport (even for things that are not bugs) that would be much appreciated.
