Not really happy with the decompress tarfiles... The source validator is capable of verifying signatures of tarballs prior to compression.

Not really happy with the decompress tarfiles... The source validator is capable of verifying signatures of tarballs prior to compression.

- Use the upstream tar ball, as signature verification is now able to handle
compressed archives.

- Remove dependency on gpg-offline as signature checking is implemented in the
source validator.
