i4l-base's failure is likely a result of this upgrade (likely missing . in @INC)

A fix for i4l-base is needed to work with perl 5.26
This will be a fun fight with repo-checker (it wants to assure that all Ring stuff is installable, so I have to add a couple things we usually did not care for into C:DVD)
So far, I found those things that need fixes in plus:
