Unfortunately I dont think it's as easy as that. Did you test if it still works as it should? I have a version at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:jubalh/prosody for using at 42.3.

I think the --with-lua-incdir is needed for TW

the incdir was needed to properly detect the lua on tw instead of automagicness. So it should stay there.
