The plan for devel:languages:go is that we were going to drop all of the golang "library" packages as they end up confusing people doing Golang development. I will need to double-check what actually depends on this and whether we can just drop it.

Problem with dropping of this package is not so easy to resolve, as for example i just found it is requirement for acmetool (letsecnrypt client) (i have updated package and will push new release to OS:Factory)
