There should be more info inside the patch file, like who wrote it, when and why (face it - osc log is a hurdle in finding info itself). See https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Patches_guidelines#Type_2:_Complete_Information_provided_in_patch for how it's done.

Help me to identify the UPSTREAM repository to be able to use e.g. git to do so. This is a quick hack to show that it simply works. That's it.

To be noted: the main developer Gary Wuertz seems not to work anymore for ISSI ... accordingly to https://ca.linkedin.com/in/garywuertz/de ... for the other developer Jiri Hladky, which seems to work for redhat now (https://www.linkedin.com/in/hladkyjiri) I have no actual E-mail address.
