please update to latest 0.5.5 and please update .spec file Source: tag to use http://download.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/c-icap/c_icap_modules-% instead of switch.dl.xxx

(or i can do both but i would be grateful if you do it when you have already taken time to work on it!)

ignore comment about version ... brain fart but that about download vs switch.dl is valid, so if you would be kind change it
