im not sure if some credit is needed in the .changes for author of the patch ; i guess the metadata in the patch is sufficient
Also, is there some trick to get libusb-1_0-0 injected into rpm requirements?
if a literal library link is needed, it probably should be done in python-usb so it can be managed in one location, not everywhere the package is used.
I've created a request to add that requirement to the python-usb package
