That reordering seems wrong. The do_not_builds are always on top and Patch lines are near "Source" and not after the requires.

spec-cleaner decide to do it on its own. As it run also alone on obs I don't know which is the best way

The other things are fine, but please revert the relocation of the first do_not_build block and move the patch block below Source:.

Probably there must be an empty line below the first if-block, so the cleaner does not move it. :-)

P.S. I'd move the PATCH comment line inside the if, so it does not get lost by accident.
