The sigrok project aims at creating a portable, cross-platform,
Free/Libre/Open-Source logic analyzer software that supports various
logic analyzer hardware products.

PulseView is a Qt-based GUI for sigrok.

A digital synthesis flow is a set of tools and methods used to turn a circuit design written in a high-level behavioral language like verilog or VHDL into a physical circuit,
which can either be configuration code for an FPGA target like a Xilinx or Altera chip, or a layout in a specific fabrication process technology,
that would become part of a fabricated circuit chip. Several digital synthesis flows targeting FPGAs are available, usually from the FPGA manufacturers,
and while they are typically not open source, they are generally distributed for free (presumably on the sensible assumption that more people will be buying more FPGA hardware).

Based on analysis from the visualization of
the router, the code has been rewritten to
speed up the routing during multi-tap (more
than 2 connections) nets, so that previous
search results remain in place after each
route, avoiding redundant searching. This
speeds up qrouter by a factor of about 2x.
A masking function that limits routes
to a specific defined portion of the layout
speeds up qrouter by a factor of about 30x.

Free/Libre/Open-Source logic analyzer software that supports various
logic analyzer hardware products.

sigrok-cli is a command-line tool written in C, which uses both
libsigrok and libsigrokdecode to provide the basic sigrok
functionality from the command-line. Among other things, it's useful
for scripting purposes.

The OpenSceneGraph is an OpenSource, cross platform graphics toolkit for the development of high performance graphics applications such as flight simulators, games, virtual reality and scientific visualization. Based around the concept of a SceneGraph, it provides an object oriented framework on top of OpenGL freeing the developer from implementing and optimizing low level graphics calls, and provides many additional utilities for rapid development of graphics applications.

The Emilia Pinball Project is a pinball simulator for Linux and other
Unix systems. There are only two levels to play with, but they are very
addictive.

This project hosts all graphics related software, such as viewers, tools for manipulating images, capturing and such stuff.

It is a devel project for openSUSE:Factory.

Blender is a free 3D animation studio. It includes tools for modeling, sculpting, texturing (painting, node-based shader materials, or UV mapped), UV mapping, rigging and constraints, weight painting, particle systems, simulation (fluids, physics, and soft body dynamics and an external crowd simulator), rendering, node-based compositing, and non linear video editing, as well as an integrated game engine for real-time interactive 3D, and game creation and playback with cross-platform compatibility.

Library for conversion of MS EMF/EMF+ files the SVG format.
It can be used for conversion of standalone EMF files, but
more typically for files embedded in other file formats, e.g.
Visio drawings.

Open Shading Language (OSL) is a small but rich language for programmable shading in advanced renderers and other applications, ideal for describing materials, lights, displacement, and pattern generation.

OSL was originally developed by Sony Pictures Imageworks for use in its in- house renderer used for feature film animation and visual effects, released as open source so it could be used by other visual effects and animation studios and rendering software vendors. Now it's the de facto standard shading language for VFX and animated features, used across the industry in many commercial and studio- proprietary renderers. Because of this, the work on OSL received an Academy Award for Technical Achievement in 2017.

OpenImageIO is a library for reading and writing images, and a bunch of related
classes, utilities, and applications. There is a particular emphasis on formats
and functionality used in professional, large-scale animation and visual
effects work for film. OpenImageIO is used extensively in animation and VFX
studios all over the world, and is also incorporated into several commercial
products.
