The libmaa library provides many low-level data structures which are helpful for writing compilers, including hash tables, sets, lists, debugging support, and memory management. Although libmaa was designed and implemented as a foundation for the kheperalong, the data structures are generally applicable to a wide range of programming problems.

The memory management routines are especially helpful for improving the performance of memory-intensive applications.

Brandy is an interpreter for BBC Basic (or Basic V) that runs under
a variety of operating systems. Basic V is the version of Basic
supplied with desktop computers running RISC OS.

The Fuse utilities are a few tools which may be of occasional use when

Fairymax is a program that plays chess and chess variants. It uses
the xboard/winboard chess-engine protocol to communicate. Apart from
'regular' chess (also known as the Mad-Queen variant), it can play
Capablanca chess, gothic chess, knightmate, cylinder chess, berolina
chess, superchess and courier chess.

This is a command-line program for manipulating chess games recorded
in the Portable Game Notation (PGN).
Extracted games may be written out either including or excluding
comments, NAGs, variations, move numbers, tags and/or results.
Games may be given ECO classifications derived from the accompanying
file eco.pgn, or a customised version provided by the user.

CmdlineGL is an interpreter for a "text-friendly" variation of a
subset of the OpenGL 1.4 API, Glut API, and FTGL "C" API.

FLIF is a lossless image format based on MANIAC compression. MANIAC (Meta-Adaptive Near-zero Integer Arithmetic Coding) is a variant of CABAC (context-adaptive binary arithmetic coding), where the contexts are nodes of decision trees which are dynamically learned at encode time.

FLIF outperforms PNG, FFV1, lossless WebP, lossless BPG and lossless JPEG2000 in terms of compression ratio.

Moreover, FLIF supports a form of progressive interlacing (essentially a generalization/improvement of PNG's Adam7) which means that any prefix (e.g. partial download) of a compressed file can be used as a reasonable lossy encoding of the entire image.

automatically generate the interface code. This gives direct

Tupi: Open 2D Magic is a design and authoring tool for digital artists
interested in 2D Animation. It's source code is based on the KTooN
project.

Some of its main features are: basic illustration tools (shapes, fill,
text), gradient tools, onion skin, brushes editor, pencil with smoothness
support, basic object library (for svg files and raster images) and many
others.

Using its modules of Animation and Reproduction you can export 2D projects
to several formats as OGG, MPEG, AVI, MOV and SWF. Additionally, the
option of exporting Image arrays as output is available.

What this firmware supports:

* works in infrastructured mode as both station and AP, the latter requires hostapd
* it is compliant with DCF access scheme in b and g modes, not tested in a bands
* Preliminary testing shows that ad-hoc mode works as it does with proprietary firmware

What this firmware does not support:

* does not implement RTS/CTS handshake procedure, must be disabled on module load
* does not work with hardware cryptography acceleration, use without encryption!
* does not work with dot11 QoS, must be disabled on module load
* does not work with PCMCIA 4306/18 cards: we are still working to support them
