Libogg is a library for manipulating ogg bitstreams. It handles both
making ogg bitstreams and getting packets from ogg bitstreams.

Ogg is the native bitstream format of the libvorbis (Ogg Vorbis audio
codec ) and the libtheora (Theora video codec).

Liboil is a library of simple functions that are optimized for various
CPUs. These functions are generally loops implementing simple
algorithms, such as converting an array of N integers to floating-point
numbers or multiplying and summing an array of N numbers. Such
functions are candidates for significant optimization using various
techniques, especially by using extended instructions provided by
modern CPUs (Altivec, MMX, SSE, etc.).

Many multimedia applications and libraries already do similar things
internally. The goal of this project is to consolidate some of the code
used by various multimedia projects and also make optimizations easier
to use by a broader range of applications.

Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging allows you to have private conversations
over instant messaging by providing: Encryption No one else can read
your instant messages. Authentication You are assured the correspondent
is who you think it is. Deniability The messages you send do not have
digital signatures that are checkable by a third party. Anyone can
forge messages after a conversation to make them look like they came
from you. However, during a conversation, your correspondent is assured
the messages he sees are authentic and unmodified. Perfect forward
secrecy If you lose control of your private keys, no previous
conversation is compromised.

MinGW Windows libpng library. Libpng is the official reference library for the
Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format.

This package contains a library to render SVG (scalable vector
graphics) data. This format has been specified by the W3C (see

Secret Rabbit Code (aka libsamplerate) is a Sample Rate Converter for
audio. One example of where such a thing would be useful is in
converting audio from the CD sample rate of 44.1kHz to the 48kHz sample
rate used by DAT players.

SRC is capable of arbitrary and time varying conversions; from
downsampling by a factor of 12 to upsampling by the same factor. The
conversion ratio can also vary with time for speeding up and slowing
down effects.

This library implements a full callback system for use in widget
libraries, abstract interfaces, and general programming. Originally
part of the Gtk-- widget set, %name is now a separate library to
provide for more general use. It is the most complete library of its
kind with the ability to connect an abstract callback to a class
method, function, or function object. It contains adaptor classes for
connection of dissimilar callbacks and has an ease of use unmatched by
other C++ callback libraries.

Libsndfile is a C library for reading and writing sound files, such as
AIFF, AU, and WAV files, through one standard interface. It can
currently read and write 8, 16, 24, and 32-bit PCM files as well as
32-bit floating point WAV files and a number of compressed formats.

MinGW Windows port of the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).
Soup is a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) implementation in C. It
provides a queued, asynchronous callback-based mechanism for sending
SOAP requests.

libssh2 is a library implementing the SSH2 protocol as defined by
Internet Drafts: SECSH-TRANS(22), SECSH-USERAUTH(25),
SECSH-CONNECTION(23), SECSH-ARCH(20), SECSH-FILEXFER(06)*,
SECSH-DHGEX(04), and SECSH-NUMBERS(10).

Theora is Xiph.Org's first publicly released video codec, intended
for use within the Ogg's project's Ogg multimedia streaming system.
Theora is derived directly from On2's VP3 codec.

Vorbis is a fully open, nonproprietary, patent-and-royalty-free, and
general-purpose compressed audio format for audio and music at fixed
and variable bit rates from 16 to 128 kbps/channel.

The native bitstream format of Vorbis is libogg (Ogg). Alternatively,
libmatroska (matroska) can also be used.

This library interprets metafile images and can convert them to
standard formats such as PNG, JPEG, PS, EPS, and more.

libwpg is a library for reading and converting WPG images

libwps is a library (for use by word procesors, for example) for
importing the Microsoft Works word processor file format.

Libxml2 is the XML C parser and toolkit developed for the Gnome project.

This C library allows to transform XML files into other XML files
(or HTML, text, ...) using the standard XSLT stylesheet transformation
mechanism. To use it you need to have a version of libxml2 >= 2.6.27
installed. The xsltproc command is a command line interface to the XSLT engine
