This is a groundwork for being able to swap librnp with sequoia-octopus-librnp.

@wrosenauer fyi. I tested this version on my Tumbleweed installation and reported the following issue for inviting attendees to an appointment: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1847493
