Overview
Hi folks, I think jpm would be a great addition, since we've already got Janet in the repos. jpm allows you to manager more complex Janet projects, brings dependency and build management.
@uncomfyhalomacro You might be interested in this too. I only realized now, that you've packaged jpm too. The main difference between our two versions is the usage of the bootstrap script. Did you have a particular reason to not use it? Using it could make maintenance a bit easier, since we wouldn't have to mimic it's functionality every time upstream is changing something.

User waited one month to get this new package introduced; no feedback by any project maintainers given.
Granting Jochen directly maintainership on his new package; the devel project choice makes sense as 'janet' is also here.
Thanks. I got busy this week to notice. I will revoke mine in favor of this
Awesome! Thanks a lot for your reply! I'd like to propose a co-maintainership for this package if you don't mind! I think it makes sense that you are involved in both of the packages. In Janet and JPM.
