New package cups-filters for openSUSE:Factory because its cups-filters-ghostscript sub-package is required for a Ghostscript version upgrade to 9.10 - only cups-filters-ghostscript works with CUPS < 1.6 - the cups-filters main package has a RPM conflict with cups < 1.6 because cups-filters provides files that are also provided in CUPS up to version 1.5.4 - additionally there is a sub-package cups-filters-devel that conflicts with cups-devel < 1.6 and now even the obsolete broken-autotools.patch and cups-15-compat.patch files are actually removed
