Add 3 chappa patches, which improve alpine a lot. I'm using these for years now and because of these missing patches I never could use openSUSE main alpine version.

rules.patch is modified to work together with the previous patches (fixing to context, so it applies).

Would be fine for me. I still build with chappa all in my home. There are no negative effects and it's easier, as the patches don't need to be adapted.

I gave it a try when I updated to 2.21 and something didn't apply out of the box, but I don't remember the details. Maybe it was just a conflict with one of our own patches, given that so far we apply the chappa patches after the local ones. Maybe we should turn that around.

Thanks, but I wonder if it would make sense to drop the individual chappa patches and go for all.patch instead.
