That's a very expensive change for TW, as it would pull Java up to ring1.
Does the doc really offer the value for that?
java? you mean tex?
and some tex stuff requires java... we can provide tex in Ring1 (and do) - but not the full stack that depends on Java
e.g.
added java-10-openjdk@openSUSE:Factory/snapshot because of texlive-tex4ht:java
ugh(ly). I'd rather aim for keeping tex out of ring1 too.
you are 4 years late to the game: texlive has been in ring1 since Feb 2014

Well, the new doc stuff gives PDF and possibly more up-to-date info.
We can split libvorbis-docs as a separate spec file if the dependency matters, too.
