Hmm, removing the minimum requires seems not like a good idea. Why do you do that?
because they're not needed.
So the code works with both? Then the comment should also go and the changes entry be a bit more verbose or Factory will reject it.
Ah sorry, there is no factory yet. In any case please drop the comment as well and fix cpanspec.yml :-)
I go home now - There is a Factory upload!
Other authors of recent changes forgot cpanspec.yml. Please fix it and as said be a bit more verbose about the changelog entry and remove the useless comment in the spec.

@coolo no activity from the package maintainer, do you mind reviewing it ? the current package has installation issues in factory.
your use of autopatch clearly conflicts with cpanspec. But I'll try to clean this up afterwards
