Hi @fusionfuture,
thanks for the patch but this is not the right solution. The real problem is that the python3 project in Leap 15.3 inherits from 15.2, but glibc 2.31 in Leap 15.3 does not ship this header. We have reported the problem to the python3 maintainer and the python3 project has be branched for Leap 15.3. The new python3 package should be available soon.

Why is Leap 15.3 getting stropts.h not found error even if HAVE_STROPTS_H is undefined in Linux? @scabrero
