That's still not what current cpanspec does. Take cpanspec from devel:langauges:perl, not from distribution.

Also don't change the spec afterwards, but rather do the necessary changes in the cpanspec.yml and redo the spec file. E.g. you disabled the test runs (Why?).

Manually changed spec files will fail later in the auto-update process.
