- Add upstream patch qtwebkit-5.212.0_pre20200309-bison-3.7.patch in order to fix build with a recent bison.

I have branched this package only to enable building it for Tumbleweed. That has worked great with no changes other than enabling the Tumbleweed build. Could that target be enabled here so I can remove my branch?
There's no need. You can use openSUSE_Factory
